Roaring Grace was born from my lived experience at the intersection of law, trauma, and recovery. After nearly two decades in high-stakes litigation, I saw how the profession erodes even the strongest. I created Roaring Grace to help lawyers heal and reclaim their well-being, mind, body, and spirit.

This isn’t just stress management. It’s trauma-informed transformation.
Because survival isn’t the goal. Wholeness is.
